Terms of Service for OPULENCE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OPULENCE website (the "Service"), operated by OPULENCE LLC, a company registered in Malta with its registered office at 123, St. Julian's Business Centre, Triq il-Kbira, St. Julian's, STJ 1015, Malta ("OPULENCE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers premium features through a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. We may change subscription fees with prior notice. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fee. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other harmful activities.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@opulence.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information or the outcomes of matches.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPULENCE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPULENCE LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malta. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
